Vacancy available: final inspection operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Berrien County, Michigan. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade You will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
