Oven operator — Long County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Long County, Georgia. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
