Kitchen porter — Delaware County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Delaware County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
