Line packer — Northumberland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line packer in Northumberland County, Virginia. You will be based on a factory production line. You should have: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line Day to day you will assemble components according to the work order; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; record output figures and downtime on the production log. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
