Dough maker — Dakota County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Dakota County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
