Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundsman in Tyrrell County, North Carolina. You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Your main tasks: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
