Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Ida County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
