Vacancy available: cake decorator (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Harrison County, Indiana. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
