Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Camden County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
