Gas commissioning technician — Schuylkill County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Day-to-day duties: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
