Powder coating technician — Owen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Owen County, Indiana. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
