Plastering hand — Natchitoches Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plastering hand in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
