Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Perkins County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
