Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
