Laundry presser — Carroll County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Carroll County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Give each garment a final press before packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
