Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Schley County, Georgia. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On the job you will handle: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
