Your main tasks: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
