Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in North Somerset, England. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
