Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Overtime paid at a premium rate.
