Restoration bricklayer • Ikwerre, Rivers State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Ikwerre, Rivers State. On the job you will handle: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding 6+ years on the tools preferred.
