Coating plant operator — Humphreys County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Humphreys County, Tennessee. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends.
