The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer $160 per day plus benefits.
