You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts The role involves assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant.
