Immediate opening: we are hiring a HGV driver in Kane County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. The role involves couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid digital tachograph card Six days a week, one day off.
