Telesales agent — Macon County

Join our team: we are hiring a telesales agent in Macon County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge The role involves greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; punch orders into the billing/POS system. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
