You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
