Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Orleans County, New York. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
