Laundry presser — Morrow County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in Morrow County, Ohio. The job is in a busy laundry. Day to day you will give each garment a final press before packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
