Immediate opening: we are hiring a line packer in Haakon County, South Dakota. You will be based in a food processing unit. On the job you will handle: • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch Requirements: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Keen eye for detail on quality checks Six days a week, one day off.
