Assembly line worker — Taylor County

Join our team: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Taylor County, Florida. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. The role involves: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Six days a week, one day off.
