Coating plant operator wanted in Alamosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Alamosa County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
