Line cook — Walker County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Walker County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
