Now hiring: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in La Plata County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Your main tasks: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
