Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Allen County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
