We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Reeves County, Texas. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
