Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lynn County, Texas. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Part-time with flexible hours.
