Powder coating line operator • Baxter County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
