The role involves erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
