Kitchen steward wanted in Kingfisher County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils 6+ years on the tools preferred.
