Construction labourer — Crawford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction labourer in Crawford County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
