Great opportunity: in-process quality controller (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Harrison County, Ohio. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
