Requirements: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately The role involves: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
