Join our team: restoration bricklayer (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Edwards County, Illinois. The role involves: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
