The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
