Immediate opening: banquet server (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in New Madrid County, Missouri. You will be based at a beach resort. You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
