Powder coating sprayer — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Marion County, West Virginia. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Six days a week, one day off.
