Bakery assistant — Sandusky County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sandusky County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
