What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required.
