Argon welder — Woodruff County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Woodruff County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On a typical shift you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
