Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Park County, Wyoming. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
